Custom pouch service

We offer stand up pouch customization service for either short-run or large volume orders.

This service is also available to the customer demand of side gusset bag, flat 3 side pouch, block bottom bag, and roll stock film.

Inquiry & Quotation

Once we receive the inquiry of one particular type of bag interested, our experienced sales staff make a comprehensive list of your specific needs, including material, size, and printing requirements. For customer that are not sure about some details, we can make proper suggestions for your packaging project. After the specifications are confirmed, we can calculate the best price and send it via email. We can also send out free samples for quality reference.

Prepress file preparation

If the price and quality level is acceptable, we provide customers with a bag dieline for size verification. Graphic design is another service that we provide for the customer who needs extra design support.

Artwork proof & cylinder making

When the design artwork file is ready or when we receive the design file from customers, the designer makes a final proof for artwork approval. Once the customers approve it, we can start to make the cylinder for rotogravure printing. When the order is of small quantity, we can transfer the artwork directly to the digital printing department without needing to make the cylinders.

Manufacture & Quality Control

The steps followed are filming printing, lamination and pouch converting. It usually takes 3-4 weeks. There are at least three quality checking before delivery. To ensure that we meet your expectations every time, we have implemented standard checking standards.

Packing & delivery

We provide solid kraft export carton, pallet, and shrink film to ensure product safety during shipment. We offer express, air, and sea shipment according to the urgent level.

After-sale service

We provide sound after-sale service in case of damages or discrepancies although it’s rare during the last 20 years. We are committed to your 100% satisfaction in quality and service.
